How to Use the bmyoo FAQ

The bmyoo FAQ is organised into topic groups so you can jump straight to what you need. Use the category shortcuts below each section heading to navigate, or simply scroll through from top to bottom – each question and answer is written to be read on its own without needing context from the ones before it.

Most bmyoo FAQ questions come from players who are new to the platform and want to make sure they're setting things up correctly before they deposit. That's exactly the right approach. Read the registration and verification questions first, then the payment section, and then anything specific to the game type you plan to play. Knowing the basics before you start means fewer surprises later.

For account-specific issues – like a transaction that hasn't arrived, a login that isn't working, or a verification request you don't understand – the bmyoo FAQ provides the starting point but cannot resolve individual account situations. Those need to go to the support team directly at support@bmyoo.com or through live chat.

The bmyoo FAQ is updated regularly. If you read an answer and something in the platform works differently from what is described, please contact support so the information can be reviewed.

Account and Registration

Registration is open to individuals who are at least 21 years old, are using their own personal details, and are legally permitted to access online gaming services in their location. You must use your real legal name, your own Philippine mobile number, and your own email address. Registering on behalf of another person is not allowed. Only one account per individual is permitted – having multiple accounts can result in all of them being reviewed and potentially restricted.

Prepare your full legal name, date of birth, an active Philippine mobile number that you control, a working email address, and a strong account password. Make sure all details are accurate before submitting – your name should match the identification you would use if verification is requested later. Head to the Register page to begin.

Identity verification (also called KYC – Know Your Customer) may be requested before certain account actions, such as processing a withdrawal above a certain amount, or when there is a discrepancy between the details provided during registration and other account information. You may be asked to submit a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie. The process helps protect your account and comply with applicable requirements. Accounts that pass verification typically experience smoother payment processing.

Some details – such as your mobile number or email address – can be updated through account settings, usually after confirming the change via a verification code. Changes to your legal name or date of birth typically require supporting documents and a review by the support team, since these are used for identity verification purposes. Do not open a second account to work around a detail error – contact support@bmyoo.com instead.

Account closure can be initiated through the account settings section or by contacting support. If you are requesting closure because gambling has become a problem, consider using the self-exclusion tool on the Responsible Gaming page instead – it acts immediately and includes additional protections. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

Login and Access

Go to the Login page and use the password recovery option. You will need access to your registered mobile number to receive a reset code. Enter the code promptly as it has a short expiry. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, contact support@bmyoo.com with your registered email address and as many account details as you can provide to initiate a manual recovery process. Do not register a second account.

Accounts are locked automatically after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. Do not attempt more logins – this will not help and may extend the lock period. Contact the support team via live chat or at support@bmyoo.com. You will be asked to confirm your identity before the account is reviewed. The process protects your balance and personal information from unauthorised access attempts.

Yes. The bmyoo platform is fully accessible through the mobile browser on any Android or iOS smartphone. Open your browser, navigate to bmyoo.com/login, and enter your credentials. No separate app download is required. On a mid-range Filipino phone with a standard mobile data connection, the login page and account dashboard load quickly. Avoid saving your credentials in a shared browser profile or on a device used by others.

Yes – an unexpected OTP usually means someone attempted to log in using your mobile number. Do not share the code with anyone. Log in immediately, change your password, and check your recent account activity. If you notice any transactions or changes you did not make, contact support@bmyoo.com right away and request a temporary account suspension while the situation is investigated.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bmyoo supports locally common Philippine payment options. These may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking, and Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. Availability of specific methods may vary and is shown in the payment section of your account. Always verify the payment details displayed in your account before sending any funds.

Most deposits via e-wallets like GCash and Maya are credited quickly. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take longer depending on the sending bank and the time of day the transfer was initiated. If a deposit has not appeared after a reasonable period, check your payment provider's history to confirm the funds were sent, then contact support@bmyoo.com with the transaction reference number to have it investigated.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include incomplete identity verification, a mismatch between the account details and the payment method used, a pending document submission, or a routine review for first-time withdrawals. Check your account notifications for any action required on your part. If nothing is shown and the withdrawal is past the stated processing window, contact support with your withdrawal request ID.

No. Deposits and withdrawals must use payment accounts registered in your own name. Using a payment method that belongs to another person can trigger a verification hold and may result in funds being returned or delayed while the ownership is reviewed. This rule exists to protect players from fraud. If your own GCash or bank account has an issue, resolve it with your payment provider before initiating transactions on bmyoo.

All account balances and transactions on bmyoo are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP, ₱). Amounts are displayed with comma-separated thousands, for example ₱10,000 or ₱250,000. Always review the exact peso amount before confirming any deposit or withdrawal. Currency conversion is not handled by bmyoo – if your bank or card provider applies a conversion, that is between you and your payment provider.

Games and Betting

bmyoo covers a range of online games and sports betting markets familiar to Filipino players. Current categories include Jackpot Slots, Bingo, Sabong, MMA Betting, PBA Betting, Tongits, and Color Game. Each section has its own dedicated page with game-specific information. Availability of individual titles within each category may change. A logged-in account is required to participate in any game or betting market.

Slot games and random-outcome games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce results. RNG-based titles are tested to ensure that each outcome is independent and not influenced by previous results or account-level factors. Sabong and sports betting outcomes are determined by actual events. bmyoo does not manipulate or pre-determine results. If you believe a game result was displayed incorrectly, contact support with the game session ID.

Tongits on bmyoo follows the traditional Filipino card game format – a draw-and-discard game typically played between three players, with the aim of forming melds and reducing your hand value to zero or the lowest possible total. The online version uses the same rules Filipino players know from home games and local setups. Full rules and stake information are available on the Tongits page. New players are encouraged to review the rules before placing their first real-money game.

Color Game is a classic Filipino perya-style game based on three dice, each with six coloured faces. Players place a wager on one or more colours before the dice are revealed. If your chosen colour appears on one, two, or all three dice, you win a corresponding multiplier. The more dice that show your colour, the higher the payout. Full rules and payout tables are on the Color Game page. It's one of the simpler games on bmyoo and a good starting point for new players.

PBA Betting on bmyoo covers Philippine Basketball Association games. Players place bets on available markets before and, where applicable, during live matches. Typical markets include match winner, handicap, and points totals. Odds reflect the expected probability of each outcome and are displayed in the market at the time of betting. Confirmed bets cannot be changed once accepted. Settled bets are based on official PBA results. More information is on the PBA Betting page.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your bmyoo account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits for deposits and losses. Limits that reduce your gaming activity take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory waiting period to give you time to reconsider. All responsible gaming tools are free and available at any time.

A cooling-off period is a temporary account pause during which you cannot log in or play. You can choose a duration of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, bmyoo will also stop sending promotional communications to your registered contact details. When the period ends, your account is automatically reactivated. It cannot be cancelled once activated. Full details are on the Responsible Gaming page.

No. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened or reversed after activation. This is intentional – the tool is designed to be effective during a time when making a different decision could cause real harm. Temporary self-exclusion expires at the end of the period you chose. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. If you are having trouble with gambling, the Responsible Gaming page lists all available options and explains each one clearly.

Contact the bmyoo support team at support@bmyoo.com and explain your concern. Provide as much detail about the account as you can – though you don't need the full picture to start the conversation. The team will handle the situation with care, within the boundaries of applicable data protection rules. Third-party concern reports are taken seriously and are not ignored.

Account Security

Use at least ten characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one special character. Avoid using your name, birthdate, mobile number, or common Filipino words that people close to you might guess. Your bmyoo password should be unique – do not reuse a password from GCash, Maya, your email, or any social media account. If you write it down, store that record somewhere physically secure.

Never. The bmyoo support team does not need your password or one-time verification code to assist with a legitimate account concern. If anyone claiming to represent bmyoo asks for your password or OTP in any communication channel, do not provide it. Report the contact immediately to support@bmyoo.com with screenshots if possible. This is a common approach used in phishing and social engineering fraud.

If you can still log in, change your password immediately. Review your recent activity – check transaction history and look for any account setting changes you don't recognise. Then contact support@bmyoo.com and explain what you found. If you cannot log in, contact support right away and request a temporary suspension. The earlier you report the issue, the more options are available to contain the damage.

Support and Contact

The fastest way to reach the team is through the live chat function inside your logged-in account, which is available 24 hours a day. For non-urgent concerns or issues that require sending documents, email is the better option: support@bmyoo.com. Include your registered mobile number (but never your password), a clear description of the issue, and any relevant reference numbers such as transaction IDs. The more detail you provide, the faster the team can investigate.

The bmyoo support team handles enquiries in Filipino and English. You can write in whichever language you're more comfortable with. If you're more at ease explaining a complex issue in Filipino, go ahead – the team will respond accordingly. The goal is to resolve your concern clearly and quickly, not to enforce a language rule.

Have the following ready before reaching out: the date and time of the transaction, the exact PHP amount sent or requested, the payment method used (for example, GCash or BDO transfer), the reference number or confirmation code from your payment provider, and a screenshot of the completed transaction from your e-wallet or banking app if available. This information is what the team needs to locate the transaction on their end and investigate efficiently.

No. The bmyoo FAQ is a self-service resource designed to help you resolve common questions quickly without needing to wait for a response.
